By purchasing this sample pack, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license by Angelo Imani (“Licensor”). All sounds remain the sole property of Angelo Imani. This license applies only to the purchased product and does not automatically extend to future releases unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Drum sounds and one-shot samples are 100% royalty-free and may be used in unlimited commercial and non-commercial musical compositions, including major placements.
Melodic loops, compositions, and tonal content are royalty-free for independent releases only, up to a maximum of 1,000,000 cumulative streams across all platforms per released work.
If a release exceeds this threshold, clearance and royalty participation are required prior to further exploitation.
Any use of melodic loops or compositions in connection with a Major Label or Major Artist release requires prior written clearance regardless of stream count.
Major Labels include, but are not limited to:
Sony Music Entertainment, Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group, The Orchard, EMPIRE, and affiliated distributors or subsidiaries.
You must contact anton@befeast.com before release to negotiate clearance and terms. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of this agreement.
You may not:
Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the sounds in any form.
Use the sounds to create competing sample packs, sound libraries, or virtual instruments.
Use the sounds in isolation (e.g., as sound effects, ringtones, or standalone assets).
All sounds must be incorporated into an original musical composition.
All sales are final. No refunds are provided.
Angelo Imani shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use or misuse of these sounds. Any violation of this agreement results in immediate termination of the license, without refund.
