All WAV files are 100% owned by the creator. If a song you produced using the full melody loops gets placed with a major artist and/or major label, you are required to clear the usage of the loops with Angelo Imani directly. (See Below)
Upon purchase you are agreeing to these terms:
The copyright of Angelo Imani’s “Gravity Soundpack” all included sounds, samples, and loops is retained by the creator, and is licensed to the purchaser (via paid download) for use in commercial and non-commercial music releases.
Only purchasers of this product/license from this page have the legal right to use the contents in their own “original” musical releases and/or in advertisements, soundtracks, and television or film music productions.
All rights not expressly granted to the user are reserved.
The purchaser of this product/license may use the contents in their own commercial and non-commercial compositions/releases with no additional costs, provided their name (or band/artist name) appears in the “credits” for that release and the creator of the product/license receives a negotiated publishing royalty. However if the “sound design” is used in a Major Commercial Release, the creator retains rights to ownership in the composition and master recording. “Major Commercial Release” as used herein shall be a master recording released and/or distributed by a record label or company: (i) which is a parent or subsidiary of, and/or is affiliated with (i.e., shares common ownership with), one of the “major” distributors in the United States (which distributors are presently Sony, Universal and the Warner Music Group), (ii) which is a parent or subsidiary of, and/or is affiliated with, one of the so-called “indie” distributors which provide national distribution (which “indie” distributors presently include, without limitation, Caroline, InGrooves, The Orchard, RED, ADA and E1), and/or (iii) whose records are distributed by any such “major” or “indie” record label, company or distribution company.
The contents of this product may not be used (wholly or partly) in the creation of any competitive product; including but not necessarily limited to; Sample Packs, Sample CDs, Sample DVDs, Virtual Instruments, Expansion Packs, Library Music, Subscription Services, App Contents (Mobile or otherwise), or in any other collection or service, in any format, or in any product that would involve the re-licensing of Angelo Imani’s product copyrights, without his permission.
The contents of this product are not to be primarily used “isolated” in your musical works. They must be used within the context of a musical piece mixed with additional parts.
You may not re-sell this collection or transfer it to a third-party, as a purchased license is a single-user license and non-transferable.

Terms & Conditions (Angelo Imani Soundpack 3)
All sounds in this pack are 100% owned by Angelo Imani. By purchasing and downloading this product, you are agreeing to the following license terms:
1. Royalty-Free for Independent Use:
You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the sounds in this pack—including drums, melodies, and one-shots—for independent releases.
2. Music Published Independently (without major label affiliation):
Beat store placements, YouTube, SoundCloud, Bandcamp, Spotify, and similar platforms
Including but not limited to independent film, independent podcast, and independent game projects.
No clearance is needed for this type of use.
3. Major Placements Require Clearance:
If a track containing any of these sounds (including drums or melodic loops) is released or distributed through a major label or major distributor—or gets placed with a major artist (i.e., an artist signed to or distributed by a major label/distributor, or a commercially established artist with significant market penetration as determined by industry standards)—you are required to clear the sample with Angelo Imani prior to release.
Major Commercial Release means any song distributed by or in partnership with:
Major labels (Sony, Universal, Warner Music Group, etc.)
Major distributors (The Orchard, InGrooves, ADA, Empire, etc.)
Or any company affiliated with the above.
In such cases, a fair publishing split and/or master royalty will be negotiated.

4. Attribution:
For independent releases as described in Section 2 (Music Published Independently), no explicit attribution or credit to Angelo Imani is required. For major placements requiring clearance under Section 3 (Major Placements), appropriate credit for the sound sample used shall be agreed upon during the negotiation process.
5. Refunds:
This is a digital product, all sales are final.
6. Restrictions:
You may not use these sounds to create your own sample packs, virtual instruments, or sound libraries.
You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the sounds as standalone files.
The sounds must be used within the context of a larger musical composition and not in isolation.
7. License is Non-Transferable:
This is a single-user license. You may not share, transfer, or resell your license or the contents of this pack.
8. Warranty & Liability:
All sounds are provided “as-is.” Angelo Imani and affiliates disclaim all warranties. Our liability is capped at the price you paid for the pack.
9. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Angelo Imani, his affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:
1. Your use or misuse of the sounds;
2. Your breach of any provision of these Licensing Terms;
3. Any work you create that incorporates the sounds.
10. Termination:
If you violate these terms, your license terminates automatically and without notice. Upon termination you must cease all use of the sounds and delete any copies in your possession. Obligations that, by their nature, should survive termination— including Sections 3 (Major Placements), 5 (Restrictions), 7 (Warranty & Liability), 8 (Indemnification), and 9 (Termination)—will remain in force.
11. Severability:
If any clause of these Licensing Terms is found to be illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that clause will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of the agreement will remain in full effect.
12. Governing Law:
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Venue for any dispute is the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Yafo.
